How to make a Clementine Rum Sour

All the ingredients are poured into a shaker, after which the cocktail is shaken without ice. This is done to form the delicious foam layer. You can read more about the technique here: dry shake. After this, ice cubes are poured into the shaker and shaken again. Finally the cocktail is strained and poured into a martini glass. Garnish the cocktail with a clementine slice.
